Are There Efficiencies?

As described in modules 5 and 6, we touched on how to change a weakness into a strength and how it is possible to replace a function of time with an activity. 

When we look for efficiencies, we are doing very much the same thing. But we are extending this effort now into the entire mission, its statement and coordination of the budget.  

Example: Today, the entire office can be put on a smartphone.  So, at what point do we need to spend an effort or capital for the function of an office?  

Might it be a statewide campaign phone room?  Even that has been automated on smartphones and online servers today.   

It is especially true if we now utilize available online collaborative tools.​
