The once old fashion scoring of data using a data entry card with a modern OCR scanner will now use advanced technology to bring information immediately into a database for updating a centralized computer system.  Because we can now operate in a highly accessible cloud environment, as technicians, we can have many data entry nodes if need be to bring the information into the chosen system for current use and further refinement.  Because the card is kept, we have hard proof of the data and additional security of the data stored in the redundant server.
