Ideas are just that! Unless we can define those ideas and see them in perspective with other related concepts, we will not be able to objectively create a plan of action that realistically reaches its goal obtainment.
The creation of a set of integrated ideas is no easy chore. It takes time to evaluate and accurately display the best of thinking in a manner the general society can appreciate and actively support.

The families of our communities are in a state of stress due to poor government management of common sense issues. This discord disrupts a healthy interaction of its citizens and trust in the leadership. This lack of confidence detracts from liberty and justice issues.
It is a common understanding that a secure community promotes the conditions for a better living environment. That confidence in turn promotes a condition for participation of the family in the community it resides.
A healthy community is going to attract development in its commerce, promote trained individuals, provide a stronger community tax base for needed services and raise community expectations for continued successful interaction.
