When a plan is made, it must be set with an eye toward its actual completion. What that means is creating operations that are understood, easily accessible, doable, and adaptable to the level of participation encountered to complete each part of the plan.
Each task in the planning required has a unique expectation and often needs additional finite support to initiate and complete.
The individuals charged with completing the various tasks should be valued and honored for their efforts.
Because those doable, completed accomplishments at each step underscore their importance to the overall plan in achieving its mission.
